Media Growth Lab is a podcast and newsletter about growing media platforms hosted by someone running their own outlet.

My name’s Geoff Sharpe. I’m the co-founder of the publication Passage, I run a small digital marketing agency and have been involved in building media, nonprofits and membership-based organizations for 12+ years.

My goal is to offer a transparent behind-the-scenes look at growing a publication from the ground-up.

I’ll be interviewing experts, sharing behind-the-scenes case studies of my own work and writing about growing new media.
